Cracking the Phantom Code
Within the Phantom Code lies the key to defeat VerOS once and for all. Activate Fragment Effects to increase difficulty towards higher Difficulty Levels. Defeat VerOS at increased difficulty levels to unlock new Phantom Fragments and rewards.
Phantom Compiler
The Phantom Compiler in the corner of the room where Shaper Cores can be changed, before reaching the first combat room.
It can be used to change the active Phantom Fragments, to increase or decrease the difficulty of the run.
Phantom Fragments
Players can add Phantom Fragments in order to increase the current Difficulty Level. Additional Fragments can be unlocked to be applied by finishing a run with that Difficulty Level active.

Beta | 4 | Foes are less likely to become Exposed when defeated. |
Underpowered Gear |
Beta | 5 | Weapons and Abilities you find have -1 Gear Power (minimum of 1). |
Intrusion Prevention |
Beta | 5 | Your Shaper Hacks only offer 2 hack options (instead of 3). |
Rough Start |
Beta | 5 | You begin your run with -25% less Health. |
Villainous Evolution |
Beta | 6 | Overlords will upgrade one of their initial Boss Powers. |
Diminished Rarity |
Gamma | 7 | Weapons and Abilities you find have -25% less chance to be of higher Gear Rarity. |
Stifled Reflexes |
Gamma | 8 | Your Dash's cooldown duration is increased by +30%. |
Core Randomizer |
Gamma | 8 | At the start of your run, your Equipped Cores will be randomized. |

Energy Suppressors |

Measly Rewards |

Sinister Invulnerability |
Delta | 11 | Some foes have an Invulnerability Shield that dissipates once all other foes are defeated. |
Takedown Protection |
Delta | 11 | Foes are immune to Takedowns for 2 seconds after becoming Exposed. |
Restricted Choices |
Delta | 11 | Core Enhancers you find only offer 2 enhancement options (instead of 3). |
Commanding Aura |
Delta | 12 | Elite foes have a random aura effect that grant increased Damage, Speed or Shields to other nearby foes. |
Difficulty Level Modifier
When a certain threshold is achieved by summing all the Fragments added in the Phantom Compiler, the Difficulty Level will increase, applying additional Difficulty Level Modifiers to the run.

Leadership Bootcamp II |

Greater Curse II |
Delta | 45+ | Increases the maximum number of Curse stacks you can be inflicted with by +5. Each stack now remove +50% more health. |
Hunted Down |
